Why do they hate us?

The crowds disappointment is felt

Felt in my womb to my mothers

To the grass, to the trees in welt

Its pulled of the sheets and covers

Making its way to uncharted territories

My brother can’t understand how they hate us

His little sister that watched the same movies

Who he tried to make laugh her whole life, plus

How do they hate his mother

The one who gave him life, more than

Surrounded by women to discover

led to be found in tampons, a weak business plan

Chemicals found in sanitary products

Found like it wasn’t written in the instructions

To hurt women from the inside, a byproduct

Worse a lack of effort in productions

no induction to what to be a woman is like

Why do they hate us?

Are they sacred we will strike?

Why do they hate us?

Staring in the mirror

When will my body be mine?

Is the mirror getting clearer?

On my knees I pine

Please tell me this isn’t it

Will we be fighting this battle all our lives?

Even just lie to me tell me it gets better, I admit

Don't let the feeling be felt by future women

Don’t let it fall, let it end here

If I have daughter please don’t let her carry it

Please never let her stare into the mirror

Asking why they hate her mother, Hate her sister,

Hate best friend, hate her future daughter

Hate her mind, hate her body, hate her character

Hate her ability to give life

How could they,

Hate,

Her.
